There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
for those of you that have interviewed already, would you mind sharing some of the interview questions asked? I know that last year, most interviewers asking the adversity and ethical dilemma questions...just wondering if these are still popular questions being asked and if there are other questions to expect (besides the usual why MBA/why Columbia/goals etc)
For those who are waitlisted - do they call you or is it another email telling you to check your application?
Posted from my mobile device
waitlist is an email....saying status update. when i got it, my heart just dropped.. if i get one more email, that means i am rejected. call means acceptance. hope for the best.... so painful.
btw, do they proceed the same way with international applicants ? Always calling in case of acceptance ? What about time difference ?

They call you to let you know you've been accepted! I got a call at 10pm, my time, which is 10am their time. So expect a call during office hours in NYC! Good luck
I know everyone's probably pretty anxious about hearing their decisions, however I figured in the meantime, it'd be interesting to hear people's thoughts about whether or not those already admitted in this ED round should immediately withdraw their other applications or if it's ok if they don't as long as they don't actually matriculate to another school.

Where did you find the information that CBS is on holiday on Tuesday and Wednesday?

I actually just got the why MBA/why Columbia/goals/EC activities questions. Interview lasted 2 hours. It was pretty much a conversation. Now waiting to hear back. Hopefully going to get some good news!
I applied RD and submitted 10/6, any idea when I should expect to hear back on interview decision?

During an info session they said RD apps aren't reviewed until mid Nov (Nov 17th or so) since they need to finish accepting/rejecting all ED and J-Term kids....
Applied Oct 7th, and had my interview today. I think it went well, and I got home even more convinced that CBS would be a perfect fit for me. Now let the waiting game begin.
