There is no HR information asked by any US schools as far as I know.

When is the deadline to submit items for waitlist review? I’m getting a vague answer from AOs (mid may). I don’t think I’ll be able to submit until Thursday.

there is no specific date..mid may is the response that i revcieved too..so you can assume by tomorrow 15th

As they said mid May and if you were unable to submit the waitlist materials till date. It's prudent to submit it as early as possible to ensure your updates are considered. Good luck!
