If you are matched with an alum interviewer, you are given an email id to contact them. You need to reach out and schedule the interview with the alum. I am not sure about the procedure if your interview is an Adcom member, or current student.

I was scheduled to interview with an alum. Do I mention to the alum, if I can proceed to schedule the interview via zoom or skype?

If you have the alum email then you can go ahead and reach out to them asking for their preferred date and time and their preferred platform for the interview.
