[quote="conmisdosmanos"]A whole bunch of factors convinced me (of course). Partly it was the resources at Cornell outside of Johnson - the hospitality institute and all the work/research re: the food industry, which is where I want to head. As far as rankings go, I'm not sure that Johnson is particularly well-known for entrepreneurship, but it has a lot going on. I considered some of the more well-known schools for it - Babson, Stanford, etc., but I wanted a great all-around school (not to say that those aren't....),to get a foundation in everything, and Cornell seems like the best "fit." The Global Social Enterprise immersion was the clincher for me. They also have an entirely student-run VC fund, incubators, the Celebration symposium, clubs.... look here:

https://www.johnson.cornell.edu/academic ... ation.htmlI see you listed MIT - have you checked out Ross? They have a lot of interesting entrepreneurial oppportunities - a new social venture fund, and they assist students who want to do their internships at start-ups, which is pretty awesome.
Thanks for the great feedback. I know for a fact that the hospitality program receives international recognition. I'm interested in pursuing the leisure and amusement industry which is what makes Johnson somewhat appealing, especially given the flexibility in the curriculum. However, I think my interest in leisure/amusement oriented products and services will lend to more creative environments like Sloan and Tepper (entertainment technology center). I'll check out Ross. I want to consider Babson but believe that my interests will require me to be at a university.
