They have your resume and the notes taken by your initial application reviewer. My application manager emailed me the name of my interviewer when I scheduled it.

I must have clarified a bit. It's meant as a professional deception. It's a typical "failure" question. Many schools have it in their essays. You can choose a team failure or a personal failure. I went with a team failure for this interview since he did not specify. I think the important part is to say that you learned something from this failure.

I have my interview this coming saturday, getting anxious already! One question: are Cornell interviews blind or did the interviewer read your application beforehand?
I have a question for anyone who submitted their Park essay after they submitted the MBA application..... Did you send a copy of the essay to your Application Manager?
Any ideas when the Jan 12 applicants will start to see some action? When do you think our apps will go under review?
Cheers.

Dont bother about the application. It is too early. For me my application did not go under review until five weeks after the R2 deadline and then it took another four weeks for to get an invite. So you are going to need tons of patience.

I submitted my application on Jan 12 (R3) and I received an interview invite today.
I have a question... Should I send adcom an update letter before/after/during my interview? or not at all? I have some pretty significant updates from the last few weeks and I want to make sure it gets added to my file.
