Cornell waitlisted applicants,

As promised I will be hosting a chat on:

Wednesday, February 23rd at 10am EST
Duration: 2 hours

Please send questions you might have no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the chat. In the first hour, I will address questions that I have received via PM that will hopefully be relevant to a large number of you. The remainder of the time will be allocated to an informal chat of any other questions pertaining to WL practices that might be on your mind.

I would like to know what is the range of days during which Cornell sends out invitations an interviews?

Just called them - decisions will be posted online by 5pm EST today, not by 9am as stated on the site. They also apparently won't be giving out calls to everyone admitted - keep your hopes up guys!!

Thanks ariel. Im from U of Waterloo which also pushes students with low low GPAs.

If you went to UofT and got that GPA, you're welcome! ;) You can buy me lunch if you decide to come here. Mine is lower (that's where I did my UG) and have been getting way above class averages on all the classes here, so now they know not to read too much into low GPAs from UofT. Sometimes it really is school-specific and I'm proud to be repping the school here and paving the road for more people from UofT.

i am hoping because of the rd2 decisions rd3 interview invites are in the back burner... hopefully it gets picked up next week? Anyone can confirm?

also waitlisted.. found out by logging in. Pretty shocked, I felt it was my strongest application and best interview. Well best of luck to everyone else!
