That’s one of the reasons I want Cornell so badly. Every student with whom I spoke wanted to help as much as they can. No other school I’ve connected with had students who were this helpful. Maybe try to connect with a few and send an update to the mbainfo email before Thursday? Just give it a shot!

This is why Johnson is up there for me. The connection's i've made so far feel so genuine and the students are just quick to help. I did send an update on Thursday as advised by one of the students and he told me to quote his name and others i have connected with. I'm yet to see if that helps but *fingers crossed*.

Its good to know that current students coming forward and giving support to the upcoming prospective applicants. And informaing them to mention their name as well. That shows the school culture.

No, Prior to submitting my application, I had 3 students touch points. Then post-submission I was introduced to someone from my initial engagement. Great guy! Then I attended one of the clubs I was interested in. I spoke to the club president and her fellow exco. Every touchpoints keeps Johnson on top of that list for me. Lol but I applied to Ross last year and felt exactly like this but got WL so I hope this doesn't turn out same.

Sorta..There was a segment for club engagements. You get to join a club room that you want. I met them there and followed up via email post-event. Then we set up another call and he introduced me to another student for additional perspective on recruiting consulting.
