I don’t think Cornell has Rolling admission process. They will send invites after the date itself

cornell does have rolling admissions, my interview said a week after interview date to the deadline itself

Depends on GMAT/GRE, GPA, and goals. May be worth a try with a 720 GMAT/325 GRE and a 3.7+ GPA. If not, I would say get a bit more work experience (maybe 1.5-2y more) and while working solidify your goals and essays. All the best to you
