Is the application showing as "Submitted" for you guys or "Under Review"?

Under review for weeks now. I think it’s a bad sign. If application was good there should be invite but after so long still no invite. I think it means reject or waitlist

Been under review 2.5 weeks now. Safe to assume its a waitlist or reject?

Me also. 2 weeks under review. It does not take this long to review. I think if they liked our profile they would invite to interview by now. I expect to get reject or waitlist.
