If you don’t get invite then it is assumed rejection or waitlist you won’t get an invite that late even if is official deadline

I think it’s still very early, as only some people have received invites. It definitely shows that they have started sending out invites but doesn’t mean everyone will receive them at the same time.
And I think they queue us in the application assessment process based on when they received our application (including the recommendation letter etc.) and then different officers can pick your application to assess.

Not really, Admission gave me until Oct 26th to send any new test scores.... so i believe that until end of Oct they could be inviting for interviews.
