Hi, does anyone know the process for applying for the I-20 as an admitted international student? I can’t seem to find the relevant instructions or where to download the Declaration of Finances form. Any help would be appreciated!

I applied for round 3 on March 17 and got my GMAT waiver approved on April 1st. The deadline for round 3 was April 10th. Has anybody gotten an invite for interview who applied early on for round 3?

I think May would be the final month for Scholarship negotiation with Cornell, so definitely recommend it. Could be helpful- never-settle-for-less-scholarship-negotiation-strategies-442843.html

1. These admits are from round2 decision date right? or do we see any admits newly?
2. Also for waitlists, when can we start seeing movement (past trends anyone?)
3. Anyone got of the waitlists recently? Admits: have you started putting down your Johnson deposits? Anyone knows how many students are there in the official slack group / whatsapp (if there is one)

Does anyone else feel like the person in charge of the I-20 doesn’t really like replying to emails?
I just asked a simple question — whether she received the documents I sent — and my email tracker shows she opened my message, but still didn’t reply.
It shouldn’t be a difficult question to answer, right?
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? What’s the best way to handle this?
Honestly, it doesn’t feel great.

Hey! The school is likely very busy right now and swamped with requests/etc. And you should give them 4-7 days and then follow up again. Keep in mind there are likely 100+ people getting the I-20. Most schools send them at this time for all admits R1, R2, etc. and perhaps even waiting for R3.

I haven't received an update for my application (applied in R3 mid-march) in email. Today I checked the application portal and it says 'Status: Schedule Interview'. I haven't received any interview invite via email and also checked my spam folder. Now I am worried cuz I do not check my application portal regularly and I don't know how long ago the status for scheduling interview was posted. Since I only check my emails daily. I just emailed gradadmissions@business.cornell.edu. So hopefully I get an update on this early next week. But anybody in a similar boat as me or know what to do.

Hi! I wanted to ask how the I-20 process will be initiated.

Will I receive a separate email with instructions to access the I-20 request portal, or is there a particular link or portal I should visit to begin the process myself after paying the deposit?

There will be a separate email. I suggest starting the I-20 process as early as possible—the efficiency of the person in charge is... hard to describe, as you might understand. I'm honestly a bit worried about when I’ll actually receive my I-20.
