Faced a challenge, had a conflict, got difficult feedback
Standard stuff
The only schools that deviated from this in any sense were Ross and ucla which asked like 3-5 follow up questions after each “story” to get specifics.
I feel like for most schools they use the interview to see if a) you are a psychopath/completely unsociable and b) if your goals are feasible or wildly out of line with what the school offers. Then they reasses and around 50% get admits

Yea don’t they see if your goals are feasible with your essay? Isn’t the interview just to see if what you’re saying there lines up with what you wrote and to see if you can socialize?
