family business isn’t non traditional

F100 companies consulting IB banking are normal

imo it sort of DEIs you because they like family business backgrounds

Thats where most applicants are from i assume

my interviewer told me 30% of the class is family business background

i come from a family business background too outside of IB but our company is an M&A advisory firm cornell
