my official gmat scores still show pending even though I have sent the official score report. Also there is no way to get the name, address and date of birth in an unofficial score report?? isn’t it just screenshots?

It will change later, if you sent official score. For transcript if it is unofficial, it will show pending, which is fine. You will send official upon admission If you sent official score, don’t worry about unofficial. If something is missing or is incorrect, they will reach out
