I got an automated "Application Submitted" e-mail the day I submitted mine.

Just a two questions - are interviewees notified in advance who they will be interviewing with (student or adcom official)? Any idea how the traffic is going to be during the mornings coming in from DC? I am planning to get in by 730AM, if I leave around 500AM from DC would I be fine?
