Congrats! Thanks for sharing. Did they lead off with 30 minutes for you to tell them about yourself, or did they facilitate the entire interview with normal questions?

Standard tell us about yourself question - I probably went for about 15 minutes or so. I did not ask them if they wanted to hear a 30 minute speech, in hindsight that was a good thing because I am afraid I would have rambled on if I had to fill 30 minutes. Some follow up questions afterwards, why MBA, why Darden, personal passions, professional aspirations etc. Do you have your interview soon?

Best of luck! For what is worth, I am international also. However, I am located in the US. Visit the campus if you can, information gleaned from rankings, articles and school websites can only go so far. For me, the visit definitely helped me to confirm my fit.

Are the invites being sent by snail mail? ... That would explain the delay.

When did the interview invitations start to go out? The Darden website says that the mid-decision date is mid-November even though they say that the interview invites would go on until the final-decision date. Does that mean that when we go past mid-November, most of the interview invites would have already been sent out? In any case, I hope that I will get an invitation for interview before mid-November.
