Age literally has nothing to do with acceptance...
if you’ve been waitlisted, you have a chance
You really think so? All I’ve been hearing is that candidates over 30 are “too old” and have to work to convince the adcom as to why they’re pursuing a full time MBA and instead of an EMBA.
This gives me hope as an older applicant!
Posted from my mobile deviceWell, I’ll be 35 next year when I enter and I just got admitted through early action, so don’t feel like age is the deciding factor. Recruitment period might be a bit different compared to those in their 20s since companies may have unspoken rules around age hierarchy etc, but that shouldn’t be the deal breaker.
I know it plays on your mind, especially when the average age of applicants and those admitted are likely around the late 20s mark, but whether or not you take up grad studies, you’ll be x+2 years old, so why not give yourself the option of coming out on the other side having learned more and another degree in hand?
