Can you tell me what questions you go in your KIRA interview? Also, is KIRA interview a part of the application or a separate KIRA interview invite was sent out after they analyzed your application?

Degroote provides an online interview guide which I highly recommend. Try to answer all these questions and you should be good to go.

I can't recall the exact questions but this was the generic theme.
1. Why MBA/ Why Degroote/ career so far and your goals and how an MBA will help you
2. Situation based question where they give you an opportunity to talk about one or more leadership skills- (Failure/ not meeting a goal, greatest achievement, teamwork, a challenge, Problem-solving etc)
3. There will be one question based on your personal traits/ hobbies/ something interesting about you. The question I got was about work-life balance and how I unwind from work.
4. Written question - Sorry, I can't recall this question.

Also, do they send the KIRA interview invite after they have analyzed the application, or is it something that they send to everyone who has submitted the application?
