mine says "decision ready to view" but when I click that it brings me to a page, and the content is exactly the same as my email.

Not that it matters since I wasn't even invited for interview, but this is just strange.

Decision is available on SISS. Received an email informing the same. Click on "View Decision" and make sure you have disabled the pop up blocker on your browser.
It's a DING for me which was obvious since I did not get an interview invite. Good luck to those waiting for their decisions!
