Duke puts a strong emphasis on "fit," so if your profile aligns well with their values and culture, they will likely show genuine interest. But when it comes to standardized tests, Fuqua has become quite stringent. They rarely grant GMAT or GRE waivers for the MBA program, which goes on to say they take test performance seriously. If you have a strong profile and are a good fit for Duke overall, you may consider the EA, provided you meet their work experience expectations. But if you are planning to give the GRE/GMAT, make sure you put forth a presentable score.
