I read about two interview invites on Reddit from last week and there's an additional interview invite updated on ClearAdmit yesterday

is 645 a low score to apply to Duke Fuqua?

645 is equivalent to around 680-700 on the old GMAT which is on the lower end of Fuqua's middle 80% GMAT score. The lowest being 680. You'd need a great application and showcase fit substantially to get in. It isn't a score that would push the needle in your favor.
