Education: B.Com Honours (First Division), Delhi University. Currently pursuing second year of M.Com at IGNOU, Delhi through distance learning. Extra-Curricular: Active volunteer at NGOs, Part time cricket coach Nationality: Indian
Work Experience: Ernst & Young – 2 years 3 months, Family Business – 1 year
Current Work Profile: Working as Authorized Dealer for several top notch MNCs for executing government tenders/supply orders. Main clients include the Army, the Air Force, the Coast Guard, Power and Electricity PSUs, etc.
I will apply in R1 or R2 this admission season. Could someone give an honest feedback about my profile, my chances of getting through (with/without scholarship), and ways to enhance my profile before applying?
Your score is competitive for leading schools. Your work experience involves working with MNC and family business which makes it interesting. However i would like to know the achievements in both these situations. Your distance learning of masters program can be a bit weak point and also your under-graduation was not in technical area, so you need to convince the ADCOM as to how you scored well on the math/statistics/account courses. Also need to focus on the number crunching you have done in your work ex.
I believe some of the schools you mentioned like Rochester and Kelley can be dream schools and you can give it a shot. However Darden can be stretch. Please clarity that of career goals, quality essays and stellar resume plays and important role in the admission process. Please reach out to us with your profile at [email protected] for an free assessment.

Guys, those who have received an OPUS Id.. what exactly are you seeing in your To-Do list..I can only see about my interview status as "initiated". Anyone has any clue what does that mean??
I see the same thing in the to do list. Reading last year's thread I realized that it means that application requirements are complete and one will be notified in case selected for an interview. However, The email which I received from school mentioned that it may take 4-5 business days to reflect any further requirements for application to be complete. So I guess it a default status for now.
Just received another mail from the school saying that all the materials in my application are received.. all I need to do now is wait for that Interview Call..

After how many days application submission did you receive the mail? I submitted my application on 8th (paid the application fee on 7th) but I am yet to get the confirmation. My application status in OPUS is same as everyone's - Interview "initiated"..
Hi nikhil09, I had submitted my application on 10th Oct (deadline). since I had already submitted my official scores, I guess got the mail early. but the interview status is still showing as "initiated" for me too. I am guessing that would change if they request for an interview.
I had also submitted my score sometime in Sep. Anyhow, I will wait till coming Wednesday before sending a mail to check whether they have received all info for the application to be complete.
All we can do now is wait for interview invites to roll-out...

Same here. The mail said that the interview status will be "Initiated" by default. If you dont see anything else in the to-do list apart from interview status, then in that case your application is complete
