Does anyone know on average how many days Haas would give to prepare for the interview? For pre-recorded interviews, how many questions are asked?

Hey nskytraveler! I received the interview invite on 1/22/21 and scheduled the interview for 2 and a half weeks later, but I think there were later dates that I could have chosen. Hope this helps.

Hi OptimisticPrime - thank you for sharing! I see. Though the later invites may be running out of runway
How did you find the interview? Did you get to choose alumni or pre-recorded?
I got to choose between live remove or video interview. I chose live remote and my interview was with a 1st year student. Questions asked were very similar to the Clear Admit interview debriefs (didn’t check out the gmat club debriefs, so can’t speak on them). The interviewer was super friendly.

This is super helpful thank you so much! Just hanging in there for now
Yes, was just conjecturing what happens if I don’t get an interview in the next 1 week. I would expect them to roll out rejections earlier. But doesn’t seem so from what the I’ve gathered
Hey! Unlike Stanford that'll release dings on 10th March, Haas releases both "yes" and "no" (and maybe "waitlist") on the decision date (or a day before).

The rejects will go out only after the admission decisions and that usually happens on the day of the decision deadline. They will not do rolling decisions is what I see from previous years.

Does that mean if rejected without an interview, the decision would be emailed at the decision admission deadline (Mar 25) instead of time of interview invite (Jan-mid Mar)?

Thank you. And just to confirm, will wait-listed applicants get interviewed in the following round? Or they may not get an interview until the end of all rounds and end up rejected?
Does the application portal status update if invited to interview?

Yes! As soon as you sign in, there will be the following message in a big font: "Congratulations, you have been invited to interview!" Following this message, there will be an option to choose between the live interview and pre-recorded interview. Hope this helps!
