Hello. Anyone knows the weights of interview in the evaluation process? Still got a chance to be admitted if screwed up the interview?

Usually Your interview is just a part of the application. HBS interview is different as it is personalized and requires the interviewer to know the applicant and this I feel it is a more impactful parameter.... But that’s my layman opinion.

Guess it will be a great negative sign if the interviewer denied me.

How do you know the interviewer deny you? Or do you mean if the Interviewer said not a fit on the application after the interview?

I mean the Interviewer said not a fit on the application after the interview. Cause I can feel the interview didn’t go well and meet her expectation.

Tbh its all speculation. I didnt feel mine went the best either, just waiting another 3 weeks and a day more before we know for sure. Good luck to both of us!
