do you happen to know if the application confirmation email from last year also said "late april" by any chance?

Last year, the deadline was 3rd April. The email said "mid-April" and decisions were posted 19th April. So 2 week turnaround. That would mean we should hear back around 24-26th this year right?

Maybe. Last year R3 and 2+2 were both due on the 3rd of April and they got back to R3 in 1 week and 2+2 in 2 weeks. This year, they also notified R3 in 1 week, but delayed the deadline for 2+2 a week to coincide with the R3 notifications. For that reason, it wouldn't be surprising if they sent out notifications of interview intentions sometime this week.

Maybe. Last year R3 and 2+2 were both due on the 3rd of April and they got back to R3 in 1 week and 2+2 in 2 weeks. I'm not a reapplicant. You can find information about last year's process if you look on the Direct from Director page on the admissions website and click "show all postings"

In previous years they announced the date they would send invites and releases. This year they haven't announced that date for 2+2 applicants. It seems to be consistently on a Wednesday at noon, so I would assume either Wednesday the 18th, or Wednesday the 25th. However, the decision notification is a lot later this year (May 30th this year vs May 17th last year), so perhaps they are giving themselves more time to review the applications and the invites will go out later.

At this point they will probably just email you an interview invitation when they are ready.

Indeed, wish they had also given dates this year. My chances are slim at the most, but this waiting is still killing me!

A post on the HBS admissions blog just went up. They're going to update us on the 20th of April (Friday) regarding when interviews will be sent out. So perhaps, 23rd or 25th April?

Has anyone's application status on the portal changed from 'Submitted'?
