R3 interviews are happening before they have wrapped up with R2 interviews, they did cancel my intervieew and rescheduled it after a month in a notice of 3 days

Ouch! Chaos is the right word then. I wonder why so disorderly. I was barred from applying to ISB because my last company (a startup) did not give me my experience letter. ISB's super rude admission officer was dismissive and unhelpful on the phone and said my application would be rejected if I don't get the letter. I asked if there isn't a way out, because I'm not at fault here since my startup's founder has gone rogue and has refused to give me my ESoP and work-ex letter. The admission officer said she doesn't care who is at fault, they need letter, that's it. She was uncouth and very disappointing to talk to. If ISB is ok with having such a person in student-facing role... Well, what to say!
