I'm in the same boat as you. I'm thinking of emailing ISB for an update on my results if IIM works out. So I don't have to pay the confirmation amount

Hi, We have paid half of the fee till date ( i am an R1 Admit) For R2 guys also they paid half of the fee till date. you need to pay 2 commitment fee of 4 lakh within the said date which is non refundable. Next installments are all refundable on case you want to quit IIMA seat. Feel free to DM me in case you want to know more details.

R1's update came on Friday at 5:23 pm in my email. Since Friday is past, I think it will now directly come on Monday. However, you can't trust these blokes. They often do odd **** at odd hours.

curiously, for my r3 application, i received interview invite and interview confirmation emails at 5.14pm and 5.18pm respectively. maybe, 5-6pm is the end of working hours and that is when they send out the application related updates ? Posted from my mobile device

Ya...most unpredictable folks. like they changed the rules of applying in all 3 rounds mid way. and even on webinars they were saying before R1, that all applications are considered fresh and one can apply all 3 rounds, which many people did till last year. And then suddenly gave out R3 short lists in just 3-4 days
