You dont need LOR for IIMA It will only ask you to enter details of your reporting manager

Sure thanks. Yes they asked that. Just for understanding sake, all colleges consider essay, cv first and then invite you for interviews. How does IIM A invite first and then ask for essays.

It is a very detailed application form. You will see it gradually when you reach other sections of the form

Application Weightage: How are application forms, essays, resumes, and interviews weighted in the selection process? 2. Essays: How can I make my essays stand out in the age of AI tools like ChatGPT where everyone will have an awesome essay? 3. Selection Stats: What percentage of candidates are interviewed and then offered admission? Just wanted to understand what the level of competition is after getting the interview call. 4.
