IIMA has followed all declared deadlines perfectly for us in the first round. The shortlisted candidates get directed to a portal where -
1. They can see their interview location and date
2. ⁠They have to submit a one-pager Resume.
3. ⁠Three essays that need to be submitted.

Additionally, you can't copy paste the essays in the portal.

IIM A specifies manually typing essays in the portal, which could take around 2hrs.

Some people do have found a work around for this, but it's better to consider this as well.
