If you have an appealing argument that’s stretching over 5 mins then interviewers will be willing to listen to it and may spend next 25 mins just discussing the ganularity of your opinion/suggestion.
However, a suggested timespan that I recommend is that you should have enough enough non-repetitive arguments to explain your analysis and viewpoints in approximately 3 mins.
The interviewers have expressed that candidates share their decision first and then explain the following arguments so the structure should be such.
