Profile Evaluation for IIM A/B/C & ISB.
I am 29 year old general category Indian male, with B.Tech in Chemical engineering. And having 6.5 years of diverse experience in top Indian chemical manufacturing companies with experience in operations, commissioning & technical cell. Currently working as Technical cell lead in one of the Indian MNC.
My GMAT FE score is 665. And have academics:
10th : 9 CGPA
12th : 91%
B Tech : 72.36%

I have following certifications:
1. Six sigma green belt from ISI Pune
2. IMS internal auditor from Bureau Veritas
3. 5S auditor

And yes got interview call from IIMA PGPX.

My best guess, looking at IIM-I executive program’s declaration of the same, is 25%

You need to sum up the response in no less than 500 words. So, two professionals, or one professional and one personal, should be a good bet to go ahead.
This behavioral question requires captivating storytelling. You guys must have heard the STAR technique that helps you pare down all the information you could possibly include.
1. Set the SITUATION for your reader succinctly and clearly.
2. Pinpoint what TASK you were held responsible for
3. What were your ACTION to improve the situation?
4. You could reveal the RESULT you achieved
While crafting your response, leave out industry jargon, abbreviations and “inside baseball” details that Adcom doesn’t care about. Do try to add QUANTIFICATION wherever possible in texting down your essay.
