I got the interview call. Out of country so they said my interview will be between the 19th and 22nd online. And that there will be a written ability test some time next week, and woh bhi online. Any clue about what the WAT topics usually are?

I had a GMAT 700 (Q48, V39, IR5, AWA 5). Full-time work experience of ~6 years in media organisations (journalist), a few years as a start-up co-founder,, three years as a professional musician. I finished my post-graduation in journalism in 2009. Have got awards and fellowships for my work. I didn't get shortlisted for the interviews. Heartbroken. I'm almost 36, so maybe that was a factor. Or my low score in school and college (59.8 and 59.9%). Damn you, dad, forcing me to study science and then... (Note to self: Control, Uday! Control...)

Similar story, I have more than 720 in GMAT, but low scores in 10th and 12th albeit reasons are different, 6 years of experience in the private sector and 5.5 years in government, not shortlisted, age 36, Could I have made it had I applied in R1 or R2 ? does it make a difference ?
