adityaiitr3191, Decent chances at IIML, maybe slightly lower at IIMC. The experiece is great being from nuclear energy sector where representation is not so high. Also the academics are great. But GMAT FE of about 645 would have been better for IIMC. It doesnt mean that you cant qualify with this score, but the number of candidates qualifying with this score is on lower side. For IIML, it seems a decent score though.

With your current case, you should definitely look at applying to both IIM L and IIM I. Your differentiated profile will prove to be valu-adding. However, do ensure you tie it up well with your career goals.

Having said the above, we would have wanted to see you apply with a better score to IIM C. A 625 does not automatically cross your chances out at IIM C but does make them slimmer for sure.

Rubis706, Yes, you do have fair chance of shortlist at IIML and IIMI. With your profile, especially with work experience in IOCL, you should be able to get a shortlist with a good application. First try to improve the score to upto 625 or 635 if possible for better chances, but if scores look to have stabilised then go ahead, there is a chance of selection.

Read Everything in Current affairs

Also try to look at some case studies (organisation) in business domain which are aligned with your current work experience

IIM L has about 50% batch going into consulting so make sure that you are ready to act like one if case is offered to you to evaluate and share expertise.

Remember that problem identification in cases is most important and reflects your analytical ability

You solution isn’t worth much. So focus on problem identification

MrinmoyNegel, Generally public sector bank professionals get admits at slightly lower scores than other applicants, so this will work in your favour. You must get a shortlist in IIML, and since you have already attempted GMAT twice, you can start focussing on interview and applications. (If you have decided not to improve scores, because the probability of final selection, and not talking of shortlist, will be higher at scores around 635). You would be able to make at this score as well with good interview.
