Academics - Graduation from Delhi University , did 1 year PG diploma in banking and finance
Work ex - 5.6 years in Public Sector Bank
Should I apply for IIML , IIM Indore this year or should I wait and gain more experience?

bubuster171, If you have decided to leave PSB, then there is no point waiting. 645 is a decent score for PSB experience, with similar scores like you, people from PSB have already qualified in IIMB and IIMC this year. If you talk from IIML and IIMI perspective, this score is good enough. Between 5.6 years of experience now and 6.6 years of experience after one year, there is no practical benefit that you will get either in terms of admissions chance or better placements. In our humble opinion, you should apply in IIMB/C/A R2, ISB R2 and then apply in IIMI and IIML in R2, keeping that as back up option.
