I had my first interview around two weeks ago.
COO of KONE France. Finished his MBA 11 years ago.
Although we met in his cabinet, it was super casual. I dressed up like for a Queen's reception and felt myself like a fool as he was wearing jeans. I would barely call this an interview. It was like I'd been admitted already and we were talking as if it was at somebody's party.
So, in a nutshell:
1h total
- 15 min: he introduced himself (few questions from my side, few jokes etc)
- 15 min: "tell me about yourself, why mba, why insead?" (it felt like he HAD to ask them, not like he WANTED to)
- 30 min: "I'm at your disposal now, ask me whatever you want about the program, school life etc."
I had prepared some outstanding emotional answers to some possible questions, so was a bit upset that he didn't ask them

I tried to squeeze few into the conversation, but not sure it's worth it at the end.
The next one is this Friday. With a younger guy. I expect it to be more academic.
