Hi everyone!
I had two very different interviews last year.
**First Interview:**
This one was with a 10D, an established entrepreneur. He started off with friendly greetings, which made me feel comfortable. He then asked straightforward questions about why I chose INSEAD and why I want to pursue an MBA, along with a few clarifications on my CV. After that, he opened the floor for questions and inquired about my preferred electives, my current job, my geographical background, and my post-INSEAD plans. He offered some advice on how to strategize my experience at INSEAD but hinted that I might be trying to take on too much, which made me feel uncertain about me getting in to INSEAD.
**Second Interview:**
The second interview was with a 20J and had a more casual vibe. We had to reschedule once due to her availability. The conversation started with basic questions but quickly became more organic, covering topics from events at INSEAD to packing tips. It was a fun and engaging experience!
