My concern is - will it be a blocker for selection, that I don't know 3rd language?
The third language, referred to as the "exit language," requires only a basic level of understanding and can be acquired during the MBA program. So, not knowing a third language at the time of application will not hinder your admission prospects : ) Good luck !

Mine were quite short. I thought they would go 1-2 hours long (after reading the interview debriefs here) but ended up <1 hour.
Mine was about 1 hour and 10 min and it ended because the google meet time limit was reached haha, but the interview was rather relax and my interviewer shared many helpful and interesting insights about her insead experience.

Does anyone know when we can expect to hear of the final outcomes? The DL is on the 21st, but I have heard they may be reaching out earlier.
I had my interviews two weeks back. Both were virtual and pretty chill. The first was more conversational and lasted 40min. The second lasted an hour and the interviewer had gone through my application in detail. He had more specific questions regarding my motivation and the choices I have made.
