I have attended sessions before applying and took personal guidance, which insead provides (you can book a slot, generally shared through their marketing emails). In both cases, they talked about sectional cut offs. I think for gmat focus, it is 80 for verbal and quant section, and for DI, it slightly below than 80. If you meet that, you can apply.

If your university degree was taught exclusively in English, you are exempt from submitting any English proficiency test scores. The question of supporting documents does not even come up if your transcripts and college certificates are all in English (even better if it is mentioned somewhere that the mode of instruction was English). INSEAD is pretty well aware that English is the medium of instruction for most undergraduate programs in India. If the school needs any additional clarification, they will reach out. But most Indians do not have to do anything extra unless specifically asked to by INSEAD. I say this from personal experience as well.
