Hey . I have a work experience of 3 yrs like I’m in the last yr of ug . I’m actually working full time. So is it possible i get in top b school with my 3 yrs full time and 2 yrs part time.

Full-time work-ex is counted after completion of your degree.

Most MBA programs have average work-ex of 4-5 years, so it’d make sense to work for some years and then apply. Alternatively, you may consider MiM programs.

Does anyone know which is the best consulting firm in India which can help candidates to prepare for LOR, essays, Resume, and application strategy, especially for INSEAD admission.

I wondered in many firms but it seems like they have no actual experience for the application process

Can anybody help me with this?

I got 325 in GRE, is it good for INSEAD?

Hi @jjx2273! A GRE score of 325 is considered competitive but average for INSEAD. Historically, successful INSEAD applicants tend to have GRE scores in the 320-330+ range, with most clustering around 325-328. However, INSEAD takes a holistic approach, meaning your academics, professional achievements, international exposure, leadership, and personal story all significantly impact your chances. If your quant and verbal split on the GRE is balanced, and your quantitative background or work experience helps compensate, a 325 can keep you in contention, especially with a strong application.

Part-time work during undergrad and full-time work done before completing your degree usually doesn't fully count towards the work experience calculation for MBA admissions. You might be eligible for deferred MBA programs, which allow final-year undergrads to apply now and matriculate after gaining 2-3 years of additional work experience. Good luck!
