Not in France or Germany but in Netherlands you have to grind hard even if you are from top bschools. Market is very saturated. Good to target startups and medium size companies who can hire internationals. I believe it's the same for Germany and France.

suya1sh - Your work-ex looks interesting, given the product exposure and awards.

3 years (as of date) is a bit on the lower side for INSEAD, but it would depend on the nature of your work and achievements. Have you worked with teams/ stakeholders outside India? Extracurriculars present some good angles too.

It'd be important to craft a strong narrative covering your motivation for consulting, transferable skills, and how/ why INSEAD would help make the transition.

Since you haven't mentioned GMAT/ GRE score, I'm assuming you're yet to take the exam. A strong score will help improve your chances overall.

A good combination of technical experience, entrepreneurial drive, and social impact. That said, your work experience is on the lower side. A few areas will require sharpening. Your academic background is good. While 72.5% in graduation is fine, as an Indian applicant (highly competitive pool), you may want to explain it in the optional essay. This makes your GMAT or GRE score critical, and since you haven’t mentioned one, it’s important to aim high. Ideally, you should target 675+ on GMAT or 325+ on GRE to remain competitive for INSEAD and be considered for scholarships. Additionally, admissions committees will be interested in the actual impact and traction of your ventures, especially PrideQue. Sharing measurable milestones (community size, engagement, partnerships, events) will help add weight to your story.

INSEAD can be a fit for your goals, but it shouldn’t be your only option. Schools like IESE, HEC Paris, Oxford Saïd, and Cambridge Judge also value candidates with entrepreneurial and social impact stories, and many offer scholarships to high-potential international applicants. In the past, we’ve had the privilege of working with some great applicants who had lower GMAT scores and GPAs, and successfully guided them to secure offers from INSEAD.
