I have a friend who has a similar gpa range and gmat. He made it to ISB.
I think your gmat score compensate for your low gpa. Other than that, profile matters.

What is a good score for ISB anyways?
anything 700+?
anything 700+?

710 is the median score as per the website, so 720-730 should put you in a good spot rest your overall profile matters
