By the way one question.What is more difficult Making it to the interview or getting through the interview?

Looks like this " Application still under review" is the dreaded rejection email from ISB.

whats your GRE/GMAT score? and profile?

I too got this under review mail with 321 GRE score, 8 years of work ex total including 5 years in a bank.
