May be bit naive query to those who had interviews today : what was the general sense of dress code during interviews today, like whether the candidates were all in full suit ? Were the panelists in full suit ( tie, blazer etc)? May the candidates please share if possible the general direction of interview questions that you had today?

were the questions that were related to work ex technical or general deep dive?

Could you brief us about your interview

Sure! I was asked questions around my work experience, why MBA, why ISB, why you type of questions. There was no grilling but yes you need to keep stories from various aspects ready, leadership, challanges, strengths, failure etc... They are not looking to reject you, just be honest and share your points and Stories, it should be sufficient Heard they were very friendly and not grilling unlike some of the panels...is it true?

Hey guys, Had my interview at 4:15 PM today at Mumbai. Other mumbai peeps would love to connect, please drop a dm. Mine lasted 45-50 mins. slightly longer than the average i think(most people i met said that theirs lasted around 30 mins). It was pretty much conversational and revolved around my work ex - 90% of the interview. Slight grilling by one panelist. Other panelist was asking lesser questions compared to the first one. Both were very friendly.. Awaiting results now but not sure tbh. yeah mine was panel 4
