On my interview day, I spoke to adcom members at hyderabad and they said they were considering removing R3 this year. Thought it could benefit guys planning for R2

Must be that..they are considering removing round 3 from next year...a global institute cannot do this all of a sudden after saying it will

It might be because of the same reason that Harvard doesn’t have a round 3.

ISB wants to send out the last direct offer (not waitlisted ones) 2 months before the start of the curriculum. Last year some of the R3 admits declined the offers as they had already paid the tuition fee for some other program or have too little time to put in their papers. Maybe from next year, ISB will bring in the deadline of R3 to Jan 1st and not Jan 31st like last year.
