Yes, quite a few folks have career breaks in between. Good to be 100% honest about it and cover for it by acing the GMAT or the essays or other areas such as workplace achievements and/or past acads, extra-curriculars. Please don't self-reject yourself.

Hello all, I wanted to know whether the results will be declared after all the interviews are done on rolling basis or at once and together on 18th November, 2022 as mentioned on the website. Any idea about this.

Hey! Last year, most of the admits were given on the date on the website. However, some students got an admit 7 days after their interview too and some a week after the website date. All the best!

The 'enough time' is subjective, and will depend upon the kind of job you are in and how much time you can dedicate to work on the application and the essays. Generally, a month would be enough and you should certainly target round 2 .With exactly one month in hand to submit your application in R2, we can help you assess how much time you would need to make a quality application, and for this we invite you to speak to Ex- ISB admissions officer who can advise, you assess your strengths and weak areas(If Any) and answer your queries after evaluating your profile.

I am someone who has been working in my family business since 2019. I would like to know what ISB's general stance toward family business applicants for their PGP program is ?

Am I at a large disadvantage compared to others ? I have been shortlisted for interview in Chennai.

I guess I am not interested in the family business MBA they offer and would like a more general purpose one.

Hi, if you are clear on why you want the ISB MBA and have a clear set of goals to convey - its fine. There’s no disadvantage of the background you are from. The onus of building a strong case for yourself is on you.

Most of my clients take about 10 days for the resume, and are able to submit a full (ISB) application in about 25-30 days. When she needed however, one applicant was able to submit a Cambridge application in a total of 4 days (she got the admit). She has also posted her recommendation in glowing words on my LinkedIn profile (one of 50+ recommendations from clients). I am having Btech background and having 7 yrs of Sales exp. Is this a relevant profile to get a seat in ISB? Planning for R3 and will be writing GMAT In Jan 2023.
