On an unrelated note, does anyone know why the ISB mails go to the updates and not the primary on GMAIL app?

There’s no logic. I’ve been trying to crack this code for my CRM mails but it’s just depends on how Google interprets your mail. For some customers, my mails go to Promotions, same mails go to Updates for some and primary for others. The chances of your mail going to Primary grows with the frequency with which the recipients engage with your mails(opens, clicks, etc)
