Understandable, could be to gauge how you react to it. We had 4 interviewers in our panel so they had chance to be more creative with their coppiness :P
Actually the good one was a senior alum and silent one was junior one. Infact senior alum had to ask junior one if he also wanted to ask about something. Mostly one on one interview.

My interview was conversational. They were not convinced with "how do you handle conflicts" but everything else was about workex. I’m concerned because they didn’t touch on anything in my profile/application apart from workex. It seems other EEO candidates had similar experiences.
