If we haven’t yet received an invite for 24 Dec interview, does that mean a straight reject (I have opted for online interview and haven’t received anything yet). It would be absolutely devastating

You are not rejected till you get the mail or you don’t get the call till 10th Feb. Richa mentioned in the session that they’ll have the last weekend for online again. There might be capacity constraints of alums for 24th due to the holiday season and hence, lesser than planned calls might roll out

Would the interview results also be announced on a rolling basis / all at once on Feb 15? Last year they have announced on a rolling basis (candidates got to know results within one week of interview) - hence wanted to check
