For r2 applications, the final result was declared at once on 15th Feb. The results kept coming from 11:00pm to 12:30 am.

It was declared in a similar fashion for r1 applicants

Is relieving letter from current company required during ISB admission or during placements later at ISB? Asking since those getting admits in R3 will not have enough time to serve the entire notice period in the current company and may not get their relieving letters.

Yes, required during documentation check which happens few weeks after joining

The Admissions them informed me that ISB R3 interview invites will be rolled out till 4th March.

I am wonder on what basis are the interview invites rolled out? Does it correspond to the time when we sent our application? Anyone here who applied just before the R3 deadline and already received an interview invite?
