Hi Guys, I am new to GMAT and started preparing a month back, I was targeting good percentile in CAT, but it didn’t click
I want to know what should be kind of "safe score" for ISB admit in focus edition? I am GEM 8.8CGPA in UG, 95 and 90% in HSC and SSC

Hey! Hope all is well. Good profile and academics (consistent). GMAT is one of the factors (you will have to bring out the quality of your work-ex/projects and teams led in the 3 essays + extracurriculars as well within and beyond the essays in the application form). A 655 on the GMAT FE (translates to 710 in the legacy edition) should be the minimum threshold for you to target. Anything above that will help make for a competitive candidature (coupled with compelling essays). Hope this helps. Once again, GMAT is one of the factors, don’t sideline your essays and rest of the candidature!

devskd there is no such thing as a safe score. Perhaps an 805 would be safe:).

645+ would be a competitive score.

Yes. Mumbai candidates were interviewed on 10-11 Feb. Most probably, it will be Bangalore this coming weekend SssAaa.

Bangalore
17th February Saturday
18th February Sunday

Delhi
24th February Saturday
25th February Sunday

Virtual interivews will continue to happen all thru February.

Hey! 2 of our mentees who had R2 interviews on the last weekend (10th/11th February) had their interviews rescheduled. The new dates haven’t been communicated yet. Should come by today/tomorrow, and the interviews for them should happen this weekend (17th/18th February). By that logic, the result shouldn’t come before that since ISB results come out on the same day for everyone from that round. Waiting for the mentees to receive an updated communication from the school, will notify here as soon as I hear from them. Thanks!
